Hi there! we are hiring apprentices and or journeymen with enthusiasm to join our team, this is a trade job and we are always learning something new. Good customer service is necessary. Reliable transportation is a must!

No Harsh Chemicals! We only use the best water-based polyurethane finishes. Commercial grade, green guard certified - low to NO VOC.

This is a manual labor position, as well as a skilled trade. You will assist with the preparation and installation of hardwood flooring in a residential setting. No experience is needed but it is a plus. You will receive training on the job. No personal tools are required.

Learn a trade, get paid, and be part of a gratifying job. Candidates need to be comfortable around power tools, (saws, sanders, etc)., and lift up to 60 lbs. This can be a physically demanding job.

Pay is based on experience. If you know about sanding machines and how to operate them it is a big plus.

Job Requirements

· Must be reliable and punctual.

· Must have reliable transportation.

· Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

• Must live in KITSAP COUNTY

Pay starts at $18.00/hr with little or no experience. HIGHER WAGES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE.

Raises are based on performance.

- Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE

- Company Vehicle Provided during work hours

- Paid vacation after 1 year
