Regular meditation on emptiness begins the deconstruction process, deconstructing appearances as real. If one is diligent and continues meditation on emptiness, when she / he arises from the cushion after the meditation session is over, there is a short time when everything seen by the eyes has an ethereal, dreamlike quality. Things actually for a brief time appear like illusions. They appear yet we are deeply convinced that they are false. This deep conviction is more than intellectual. It is felt experience. Deconstruction of the ego leads directly to unconditional love for all beings. The emanation of unconditional love, HH Dalai Lama, returned to home away from home, Dharamsala, 2-days ago, walking! Emaho!
