PSA....please do not leave wet insulation in your flooded walls. If you had water up your wall, you have wet insulation and framing underneath. And in Florida this could turn into a major mold problem. Wet drywall is very susceptible to mold, not just visibly but especially behind it. Insulation and drywall should be removed and thrown away ASAP. All exposed framing etc, should be treated with a mildicide, NOT BLEACH. Bleach will just remove stains and surface mold. Take care and stay safe. Please use local businesses, we are the ones who will still be around after the storm is gone!

Broke out some new tools today to sand this ceiling texture down a little. Prepping it for some new wood beadboard!! Light gloss, just to make it shine a little 😉

Here are a few before and after pictures of a job that we recently completed. Vinyl plank flooring, Baseboards, Beadboard ceilings, Crown moulding, Bathroom tile and Vanities, Paint, window sills, exterior window trim. Thanks for the help from Wayne Erb from Building Services of New Smyrna.

Just a few more pieces of 1/4 round and the day will be done. We pulled up a cork based flooring and replaced with vinyl plank today. Just have to come back to paint the 1/4 round.
