Peninsula farm would like to congratulate the connections of BOURBAN COURAGE e, a 2-year-old son of You Know You Do-Luv U All-Angus Hall, who captured the $80,000 Kentucky Championship Series on Sunday, Sept 4 at The Red Mile in 1:53.1.
Owners are Bowie Racing & Anthony Lombari. Trainer Erv Miller & driver Trace Tetrick. Bourbon Courage was bred, foaled, and raised by Carter Duer.
Peninsula Farm also congratulates ONCE IN A LIFETIME, a 2-year-old son of Father Patrick-Sherry's Lady-Muscle Hill, who won the $252,000 Pennsylvania Sires Stakes Final on Sunday, Sept. 4 at Harrah's Philadelphia in 1:54.2.
Owners are Sad Frog Farms, trainer Jim Campbell & driver Tim Tetrick. Once In A Lifetime was bred by Coyote Wynd Farms and was foaled and raised by Peninsula Farm.

Today, Captain Corey won the $300,000 Earl Beal Jr. Memorial for 3-year-old trotters in his first start since capturing the Hambletonian on Aug. 7. Captain Corey won by 1-3/4 lengths over stablemate Johan Palema in 1:51.

Captain Corey captured his Hambletonian elimination on July 31, 2021 at The Meadowlands. He grabbed the lead at the :27.3 opening quarter and reeled off fractions of :55.3 and 1:23.4 on his way to victory in 1:51.2 for driver-trainer Ake Svanstedt.
Captain Corey is owned by S R F Stable, Knutsson Trotting Inc., Midnight Sun Partners Inc., and Ake Svanstedt Inc. The son of Googoo Gaagaa-Luv U All has won two of four races this year and seven of 11 lifetime, with career earnings of more than $400,000.
Bred, foaled and raised at PENINSULA FARM, Captain Corey was sold by PENINSULA FARM for $150,000.
