Intermountain Hearing Centers has an immediate opening for a full time Patient Care Coordinator in our Draper Utah Office.
We are a busy Audiology Clinic with 4 locations in Utah: Brigham City, Ogden, Layton and Draper.
We take off all major holidays and close every Friday at 3. No weekends or evenings. We foster a professional yet fun and friendly environment and are excited to be adding someone new to our team.
Responsibilities
The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, insurance verification, basic hearing aid maintenance, and other office duties.
Qualifications
• Customer service experience
• Medical office experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Insurance knowledge/experience
