This is what happens when your bike goes one direction and according to Newtonian laws, I went another way. Mild concussion and fractured my skull along with scrapes, bruises, lacerations and a crashed ego. Oh well, such is life as an older man!

Happy New Year y’all! I ended 2022 with a trip. A trip to the emergency room after I tripped running a foot race against my oldest daughter. We are both very competitive and the gauntlet was thrown about who would win a sprint. I thought she might have tripped me as I was closing the gap between us, but after reviewing the vid, I had tripped myself. The results of the race: neither of us made it to the finish line, both hands are scraped-up, both knees are scraped and bruised, a scraped and bruised right shoulder, a gash on my head along with scrapes and bruising on my head and plenty of 🩸 blood. Oh yeah, a bruised ego; I realized that I’m not 30 years old. But we did end the year with sirens and flashing red and blue lights. Lesson learned.

Just picked up this used Kimber Ultra CDP II. Very nice condition, tight slide and lock-up, great trigger pull that breaks like glass. Haven’t put the trigger gauge to it yet

Sig Sauer BDX 1400 laser range finder. Use it as a stand alone range finder or pair with a Sig BDX scope to transfer data to the crosshairs. Calculates range in yards or meters and for angle of incidence. Once you use one of these with the BDX scope, you’ll never go back to manual adjusting the turrets. PM me for other details.

Wyatt firing off some 5.56 NATO ball ammo from a Bushmaster AR-15. Targets were purchased from Great prices on great AR500 plate! Go check them out (btw, I receive no remuneration from Primeauxtargets for recommending their products. I recommend them because they are honest and their products are outstanding). We enjoy shooting the AR platform, but it would not be my first choice in battle.
