The Greater Birmingham Teenage Republicans club is open to all teens from age 13 to 18, across Jefferson and Shelby counties. The club hosts monthly meetings at rotating locations in North Shelby County and the Hoover area. The Teen Age Republicans (TARS) is a national, youth-led organization challenging teens to become involved in their local, state, and national political processes. TARS clubs across the nation sway elections, gain first-hand knowledge of the political process, develop leadership skills, and perform community service acts in their communities.
