We are SO EXCITED to announce that Little Green School Bell is launching our very own series of unit studies! This is a longtime dream born out of needs we saw in the homeschool curriculum market. Focusing on electives to begin with, these printable PDF courses are designed and written for middle and high school students and include lessons, activities, video links, and ideas for additional resources. We have been working for months to develop the first units that will be released this summer!

Beginning Foods and Babysitting and Childcare will be available for purchase in the next several months, as will a comprehensive Homeschool Planner that just might become one of your favorite tools going into the new school year!

Plans are also underway for our Child Development, Intermediate Foods, and Introduction to Sewing courses, set to release this Fall and Winter.

We have been encouraged to look at selling Little Green Schoolhouse Books, so that it can continue to serve homeschooling families in our area and around the country. We would love to see it keep growing and thriving! Here is what we have to offer:

- Inventory. Even after our clearance sales, we have a large inventory of curriculum products (mostly current edition) and books. Some even brand new.
- A beautifully designed website
- A Shopify storefront established and linked to our site.
- Most inventory already entered into Shopify, ready to purchase online or in person, representing hours and hours of work.
- A custom-designed and coded program created to make the process of entering new items into inventory much more streamlined.
- A logo, name recognition, and order history from all over the United States and even beyond.
- An email list of subscribers
- A business that has grown and done well each year as a small (side) endeavor
- A loyal and enthusiastic customer base

What we don’t have personally at this point are:
- The time to invest in expanding the word about the business
- MOST IMPORTANTLY, a place to house the business. This was the factor that led to our sudden need to close, and the reason that while we cannot continue in this venture, Little Green Schoolhouse Books most certainly could.

This would be an ideal situation for a few homeschooling families who have space within another business, a room at a local church, etc. where they could store and display books and have open hours for browsing. We are confident that the right situation is out there.

We have compiled all info regarding Little Green’s numbers and figures over time, our typical regular costs, etc. and would be happy to sit down and discuss questions and details with anyone who has a serious interest in taking this on. Due to our investments financially in our inventory and other aspects of the business, we have also gathered estimates and thoughts about what we would need to ask for the sale, but are open to conversations about those specifics as well.
