Nice work, Aaron Hall removing very bad heavy rust on this TPO Membrane roof with F9 BARC. Looks great!

How he did it: Aaron followed the F9 Cookbook instructions for rust on TPO Membrane from the F9 Cookbook. He was having difficulty at first because the rust contained a high metal oxide content from the source point. Oxidized metal was bled out in combination with the rust. After Aaron called me, I suggested to use F9 Groundskeeper to aid in the removal of the metal oxides, since it can dissolve the metal and the inhibitors in Groundskeeper makes it safe for the application. After the precleaning with GK, BARC worked like magic to make the rust instantly disappear!

F9 Groundskeeper putting in some work. It removed the tire burn mark but it also revealed how the tire etched the pavers. As always, a test spot and setting customer expectations is a winning combination.

Chris used F9 Double Eagle, 2:1 on the bad oil spots. Agitated and dwell 20 mins. Surface cleaned using hot water.
