…..
Many people ask me how I travel so much. Some think it’s irresponsible and I get it. Some, wish they would have traveled more or dream they could even travel.
Traveling is an investment in yourself.
If you work Mon-Fri, and have Sat, Sun off. That’s 9
8 days off a month. 48 days off every 6 months. Roughly 100 days off a year.
If I work 75% of my weekends per year, that’s 75 working days. If I take 60 days a year to travel, although it seems I’m not working as much, I’m still working more than someone with a 9-5 Mon-Fri. Not only am I traveling for two months I have an extra 2 weeks of work under the year. Just some perspective. Also, when you are working, you are most likely not spending money. Personally, I’d rather collect memories than things. Once again it all comes back to prioritization. Traveling is up there for me. If you want to travel more, sometimes you have to sacrifice time for time.
I’m also blessed to work with amazing people and have a supportive family. Couldn’t do it with out them.
We will do it for you…. Zyzz.
Don’t ever let anyone shame you for eating healthy; to “loosen up,” and eat crappy food like a “normal” person.
Don’t ever let anyone make you feel bad for working out, dragging you down to their level because it’s not “normal” to have low body fat and muscle. —-> this doesn’t mean your truly healthy, but you get what I mean.
Don’t let people call you boring or “not fun” for not wanting to get drunk. One does not have to drink to enjoy themselves. Don’t be pressured.
When it comes to health and wellness it seems most people secretly WISH they looked like a greek god but somehow instead of showing respect, making someone sound crazy for acting separate from the crowd is a default setting for insecurity.
How can this change? Realizing what is possible vs what is not. Are you going to make the NBA at 30 years old never playing basketball, probably not. Can you find 4-5 hours in the week to workout 3-4 times. I think you can. Can you substitute the processed food in your diet for better alternatives, you can. Can you cook? You can. There is time if you cut the fluff. Now maybe you enjoy the fluff ( I definitely do sometimes ) but realizing that sometimes in order to achieve some set goal, the fluff must be eliminated, this is likely what that person you’re admiring has done. Yeah it’s hard at first to make sacrifices. But rather than always complaining, why not try. It’s way more rewarding than making someone feel bad for working out so much, for meal prepping their food and bringing it with them, and for pressuring them into drinking. Nothing gets accomplished, nothing is learned. Remember you have a choice.
I seriously want to say I am here to support you, wherever you come from, whatever mental/physical state you are in. You can do this and you aren’t alone. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

While on my European adventure in search of the holy grail of sardine land. I stumbled upon Sardinia, the second largest island in the Mediterranean, although not known for sardines as it’s name might suggest. There is on the other hand, a large coast of beautiful beaches, pristine clear water, and comforting hospitality like no other. I guess you could say it sort of balances out not having wild sardines. I don’t know, I guess I need a few more days to find out.
I was scrolling through Instagram and saw/ have seen pictures of my high school/ college acquaintances , In terms of body composition some have not changed, but most, to be frank have gained a lot of weight. Myself included at one point, people go through different things, life throws unexpected curveballs, I’m not calling out anyone, if we are friends I would tell you what I think directly to your face. No shame.
The reason I bring this topic up, is because the stereotype “just wait till you get older, it all goes down hill” is completely false. Sure, recovery will not be the same, how you process food will change, etc. But to blame solely age as a determining factor of guaranteed weight gain is absurd in my opinion. It’s a shame that so many people use that defense mechanism. I know many bad ass individuals 30/40/50/60 healthier than ever. There are so few because it is difficult. Its hard to sacrifice when you’re older, when you have kids, schedule is slammed.
It’s important to set standards, basics, a foundation of eating quality food, exercising, walking, getting sun. Don’t blame age, it’s a lousy excuse that will only hurt you in the end. Here are some basics that are a great start.
-Get 20 minutes of unprotected sun daily.
-Cut out soybean, vegetable oil, canola sunflower, palm, olive oil ( not EVOO)
-Drink a minimum of half a gallon of mineral water daily
-Move, walk, dance, run, jump daily
What are your thoughts?
“When you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - When you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - When you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you - When you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - You may know that your society is doomed.” - Ayn Rand
As I reflect on our trip to Dubai, I think about how we got here. The years leading up to this trip. The thought of starting and it leading us the the largest food and beverage expo in the world working with distributors all over the world. Never in my life did I ever think I would be in the food industry especially selling sardines lol. I’ve always done what I loved, what I truly feel a passion for. but it takes more than that.
Unfortunately you may not want to hear it but if you want to excel (different for everyone ) you have to work weekends. The work week can’t be Monday-Friday, Sat Sun off. You can’t see weeks as weeks. Look at the bigger picture. Sometimes you might have to work 30 days in a row. Sometimes you might have to work a 8-5 get off 5:30 and work till 10pm on your goals. Do you have it in you? You have to push yourself, challenge yourself to keep going.
It’s scary as f**k to think about stuff like this. Really it is. You realize your potential but never fully reach it or are to afraid or over whelmed to start. In my opinion, it’s also just as important to do absolutely nothing for an extended period of time. No distractions just reflect and think. Everyone has different dreams and ones success may not be another’s. But man I see some depressed ass people lying to themselves everyday that they are happy. Now I’m no one to tell you if you are really happy. But you can sense someone’s true feelings, body language, vibes etc. Whatever you are thinking about doing, do it.
Happy Independence day and God bless America. You can do whatever you want in this country, and you can also drown in comfortability.
Food is abundant, roof over your head, basic essentials are met. You work a job making good money, you have enough to spend going out, some traveling here and there. Your job gives you 2 weeks paid leave, you get a 45 minute break for lunch everyday. Life seems good. Is this it? Did you make it. Or is that deep feeling there, deep inside, a feeling masked by your mind convincing you to smile and feel happy everyday. There is pain in comfort. The mind stops working, creativity gets drowned by the next thing on TV. The fire inside your body dies down because it is no longer necessary, years and years pass and you learn to find joy in the process but no greater purpose…. 40-50 years go by, you’re sitting, reflecting on your life. Did you make it? Did you do everything you wanted to do? This is what scares me almost every day. You made read this and think it is dramatic, it won’t happen to you. But some of you are wrong and 90% will end up regretting not living to your maximum potential. I like to fail, I like to learn, I like to feel so out of my comfort zone I wonder constantly “ how the f**k am I going to do this.”
The main point I’m trying to make is my opinion on financially and emotionally living in America. There are other places around the world that offer the same (even better ) living standards for a fraction of the price. America is fast paced, it’s money hungry. If you’re not with it, you’re probably going to drown and end up like everyone else. But if you’re in America and you go to f**king war….You have to opportunity to reap financial benefits far beyond any other. My thought after years of traveling has changed into, make your money in America ( thank god I am blessed to be born here ) and spend it somewhere else. I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Cheers to 50, Happy Birthday Tio.
Happy Easter.

Thank you for sponsoring this trip to Portugal.
Did you know that 42% of Americans are vitamin D deficient. Did you also know 2/3rd of adults and 95% of children are omega 3 deficient. Lastly, did you know that sun and sardines are the solution to those problems.
Islamic Cairo, one of the coolest places I’ve ever been. Before coming to Egypt so many people told me I wouldn’t like it. It’s not safe, s**t food, dirty, people are mean. What is funny is that most people who told me this, have not even been to Egypt, nor do any traveling at all. The world is a beautiful place, go explore it yourself and make your own judgements. I will travel the world

Here is my take on Vaccine Mandates: (PLEASE SAVE AND SHARE)
Heart disease is the number one cause of death in the US, taking over 650,000 lives annually and increasing yearly. Have you ever seen a mandate to limit the consumption of rancid oxidized oils in America? Or the mandate to limit sugar consumption and artificial chemicals in food? If the Covid vaccine was for the health and safety of Americans why don’t we address the number one factors that are actually detrimental to our health. The reason is because its a business; over 350 billion dollars go to health care services and prescriptions “dealing” with heart disease anually. Now we Americans have the choice in what we put in our body, you can purchase dog s**t processed food or you can purchase local organic food, you have the choice. You decide your future health. Now the government is telling me for my safety and health I need an experimental vaccine that will work the same for EVERYONE .This is to protect me from a virus which hospitalizes 78% of people who are overweight and 42% obese. Out of 1.9 million cases ages 5-11 who have gotten Covid .000049% have died. 99.9999% of kids who contract Covid will survive. Do you see a problem with forcing child vaccination? We know you can still transmit and receive Covid after receiving the vaccine. This is not about health, it never has been. This is about future mandates being possible by the allowance of our current mandates.
This is not about left or right. Its about freedom of choice from irreversible medical mandates. The division of this country is a problem that needs to be addressed. I am willing to have an open debate with anyone. I hope we can have civil and constructive conversations about the current situation in our society. Please save and share this post to start a conversation within our community. We need to unite on the basics of human fundamentals of open conversation. America needs us. If you think I am wrong instead of continuing to scroll please leave a comment so we can discuss!
Bodybuilding and muscle tightness. I remember a few years back I would never stretch/break up muscle tissue, now fast forward to today and I am in pain/ imbalanced without properly warming up ( 10-15 mins pre )and foam rolling that same night. My advice to young bodybuilders is take recovery seriously. Your body is extremely resilient and you can get away without stretching/foam rolling for many years until you develop a serious muscle imbalance ( my case ) or injury yourself. Bodybuilding is unlike any other sport where your mobility is constantly being threatened by the sheer volume of hypertrophy movements in a non dynamic and anti neuromuscular efficient way. It’s a beautiful and just like any has its consequences, muscle and joint stiffness being in my opinion the worst. Don’t listen to me or do, I know when I was younger (17/18 years old) I would rarely take advice from someone (when it came to bodybuilding ). My advice is take recovery just as, if not more seriously than your workout. You will grow more/faster, perform movement pain free and efficiently as well as develop discipline in doing things you don’t want to do. Lifting is a fun but taking 30 mins to foam roll before is hard. Work hard and recover hard.

Time to get JACKED! I Started a bodybuilding regimen last week. Going to run it till the end of the year. I wanted to make a post about of my experiences with gaining muscle as efficient as possible.
Now a days all you see are influencers posting about crazy new workouts promising that this is the key to growth. I’m all about introducing new stimuli whether that be removing stability from a movement, introducing greater range of motion, or changing the tempo/pulsing. However, I believe there is a huge lesson that has been lost (on social media) with sticking to the BASICS. Creating a strong foundation, performing movements that have a CARRY OVER EFFECT( strengthening pull ups will transfer into a stronger push ). This, in my opinion is extremely important for a young bodybuilder.
I feel I have been able to maintain a lot of muscle naturally ( I don’t workout nearly as much as I used to ) because I have focused for years on mostly compound movements. Screw the fancy s**t… you want to get big, shredded, and look like a gladiator? Can you do do a weighted chin up with your body weight? Can you strict Over Head Press your body weight? Can you deadlift at least twice your bodyweight? Squat 2-2.5 times your bodyweight?
Stick to the basics for a few years, build that foundation then you can start doing fancy stuff. This in my opinion is how you build dense muscle that will never go away. As always this is my opinion don’t take it to heart. I could be completely wrong, I’m just explaining my experiences!
You will be seeing more bodybuilding related topic!
is a cool ass dude.
