Finalizing the color scheme for your flip is one of the most important steps in a renovation. Choosing the wrong colors for your flip could either make you or break you. My rule of thumb is to always go with neutral colors that work for majority of people. Would I like to try out new and exciting colors? Of course! But doing this might hinder the sale of my flip. Currently our flip is only 660 sq ft 2 bed 1.75 bath house. For this flip we are going with an off white for the walls and ceiling, ultra white trim and light laminate floors. By incorporating light colors we are giving the illusion of a bigger house.
Starting a new project! Nothing excites me more then looking at a run down house and designing it to make it look beautiful! Demo is complete and we started framing. Can’t wait to see this cute little house become a cozy home for someone. 😍
