At the Martini bar.. A manhattan, lemon drop, cosmopolitan and chocolate martini! I won’t be finishing all of these but that’s the beauty of an all inclusive… El Dorado Carsitas.
Breakfast… baked oat cake!
1/2 cup rolled oats, 1.5 tbl coco powder, 1 egg, pinch of salt, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and bake on 375 for about 25 mins. Almost a good replacement for cake and definitely healthier!

Sensuality and Spirituality: Unleashing Love Through At-Home Spa Experiences
Understanding the potent connection between sexuality and spirituality is a key part of holistic healing. Our bodies, the bridges between the physical and spiritual realms, are sacred spaces worthy of honor and nurturing. When we acknowledge and cherish this connection, we can awaken our inner strength and rejuvenate our love energy.
Sexuality, often misunderstood and concealed by societal norms, is a significant facet of our spiritual selves. It's a way to express love, create life, and experience pleasure. Spirituality, on the other hand, is our tether to something larger, a divine energy that unites us with the universe. Merging these two aspects can profoundly impact our well-being, leading to self-empowerment, deeper connections, and a more fulfilled life.
An at-home spa experience plays a crucial role in this journey. These intimate sessions offer personal sanctuaries to tune into our bodies, release daily stressors, and focus on self-love and healing. They're moments of tranquility that allow us to connect deeply with our bodies and awaken our senses.
Creating your own at-home spa experience encourages emotional release, aiding in the expulsion of stagnant energies that might be blocking your path to fully loving yourself and others. These energies often stem from past traumas or stressful experiences, creating barriers in our emotional and physical intimacy.
By integrating self-made spa routines into your life, you're inviting a holistic healing process that can help release these energy blocks and promote a more vibrant flow of love energy. Embracing the connection between sexuality and spirituality and indulging in an at-home spa experience can truly transform your journey of self-love and healing, leading to a more harmonious, joyous, and love-filled life.
Liberated from trauma, women unleash their strength, forging a path of resilience, empowerment, and transformative healing.
My first bridal show! I’m so proud of myself. I didn’t see my fruits until I stood back and looked at this. I’m getting so many compliments and people visiting. My brand is tight!!!
My first attempt at marketing... I think it came out pretty nice. As soon as I get it down packed... I'm going to share what I know. FYI... this packaging for my lotion is beautiful but it isn't mine. The label is mine.
I finally made a highly conditioning beard butter. It includes some exotic African oils and butters.
At the flea market and my ugly soap bin is a hit! 🤩
Getting ready for the holiday sets!
Vitamin E:
In terms of skin health and skin care, vitamin E has numerous benefits. In fact, skin care products that contain vitamin E have become an essential part of healthy skin care due to antioxidants, anti-aging benefits, and regulation of Vitamin A in skin. Generally Vitamin E can be found in skin care products because it hydrates skin, improves appearance of visible skin again, and prevents free-radical damage. Because of its antioxidant activity, vitamin E is vital in protecting skin cells from ultraviolet light, pollution, drugs, and other elements that produce cell damaging free radicals.
Meadowfoam:
Often called White Meadowfoam, Meadowfoam Seed Oil is best used to protect skin, hair and lips from moisture loss. This oil unclogs pores and bacteria build up, which allows it to battle acne and other skin issues. It is a popular oil to help enhance other oils and maintain moisture levels. Being heat resistant, it can be
used in hair as a pre-styling agent as well.
Bitter Gourd:
Bitter gourd is a therapeutic tropical vine that bears fruit, originating from India. The oil made from the bitter gourd is used to improve skin firmness and speed up the healing process from keloid scars. This is due to the omega 3 fatty acid called Alpha-Eleostearic Acid. Bitter gourd oil can repair the most dry and damaged hair and can prevent dandruff, scalp flaking and restoring the scalp’s natural moisture. The oil is able to pe*****te deep into the skin, which helps boost collagen levels and slows down the aging process. Bitter gourd oil is also
an anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial and is best used to fight fungal growth and acne breakouts.
Passionfruit:
Passion Fruit seeds, native to Brazil are rich in vitamin C, calcium and phosphorus. The high content of essential fatty acids and light texture makes it a beneficial contribution to personal care products intended to nourish and treat the skin. The oil is highly used in scalp and hair care products due to its ability to promote healthy hair growth and increased vitality. It is also known to have calming and sedating elements, suitable for bath care products and products intended to promote relaxation. Its anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic and
sedative properties also make it the oil of choice for formulations intended to ease muscular aches and swelling.
Manketti:Mankettui oil is made from the nuts of the Mongongo/Manketti trees found throughout South Africa. The extract has been found to be high in vitamin E, linoleic and eleostearic acids, making it very useful for skin protection. It aids in hydrating the skin by reconstructing and regenerating the epidermis, while also
protecting skin from heat, UV rays, and free-radical damage (wrinkles, aging spots). Manketti oil is gentle, yet effective in aiding damaged hair by offering long-lasting moisture to hair strands.
Ximenia:
Ximenia is widely known for its traditional uses, particularly in Southern Africa.
The oil is often used for moisturizing, softening, and rejuvenating the skin as well as conditioning hair. It has high amounts of fatty acids, antioxidants, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial for skin health support, smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, and reducing blemishes. It also deeply conditions hair and the scalp, which aids in damaged hair, dry scalp, and
dandruff.
Yangu:
Extracted from the seeds of the cape chestnut tree, yangu is a natural oil that can be used to protect against harmful UV damage while also nourishing essential
fatty acids and antioxidants in skin. Native to South Africa and Kenya, the oil is primarily used by local women for scalp and skin care as it adds an extra layer of
moisture for melanin-rich skin and can also soothe itching caused from many skin ailments. When added to cleansing agents, it can reduce the effects of
drying from many soaps and add softness to the skin due to being rich in vitaminE and omega-3. It also is considered a great ingredient in hair repair, as it helps
fight fungal infections while simultaneously hydrating and making the hair shine. The antioxidants in Yangu Oil are excellent for any form of oxidative stress or inflammation, meaning that it can help prevent free radical activity in the body, including slowing down the onset of wrinkles on the face.
Soursop:
A green, prickly fruit that has some interesting medicinal attributes, soursop can be found in many tropical regions throughout the Americas. It's abundant in Jamaica and when I'm there I make a juice for my morning drink. Once cut open, the fruit has a creamy texture and smell comparable to pineapples or strawberries, which can also be applied to the skin. High in fiber and vitamin C, soursop can help alleviate inflammation and is known for natural cancer cell killing properties. This base is naturally gentle, so it is perfect for damaged skin, blemishes, skin
brightening, and treating eczema or psoriasis symptoms. Due to its high content of fatty acid, it has also become a popular aid for damaged hair, dry scalp, and controlling hairs oil production. It also is noted to protect the hair from environmental or cosmetic damage while providing nutrients to make hair healthier and voluminous.
Marula:
Has earned the nicknames like "The Elixir of Youth" and "the African Beauty Secret". Marula oil has become a popular treatment from South Africa that has floral and fruity scents. It has been found to have many beneficial components including amino acids, fatty acids, and antioxidants which assist in many skin, hair, and nail ailments. It offers hydration and protection from free radical damage. It is beneficial for smoothing fine lines, preventing stretch marks, and keeping skin hydrated and well-nourished. It has also been noted to assist with acne due to its non-greasy texture and anti-microbial properties. Marula oil can also help nourish nail beds and hair while also protecting from further water loss and damage. "Marula oil has been a nature's gift that has contributed to rural and social economic development of African communities where it has empowered and uplifted women and provided a sustainable income for families in the tribal lands." The famous African liqueur Amarula is also derived from the Marula fruit.
Baobab:
Referred to in African culture as the “Tree of Life,” all of the baobab tree’s parts can be used for medicinal benefit. Its fruit has a sour taste due to having high amounts of vitamin C and antioxidants. The seeds of the baobab tree can be extracted and made into an oil that smoothes wrinkles, improves elasticity and helps protect skin against eczema and psoriasis. This is due to the fact that the oil has equal amounts of palmitic, oleic and linoleic acids. The oil is mainly absorbed through the epidermal layer of the skin which makes it a good light-weight moisturizer for the skin. It can also benefit dry and split hair, which makes it a great ingredient for cosmetic use as well.
I have received some requests on that whipped butter and the soap I made for Xmas. I decided to make some more. I had stopped taking special orders but what can you do when people want to show you love but do the damn thing. If anyone wants to put in an order... inbox me. The ingredients includes Shea butter, Murumuru (must look that up.... that's the goodness), my masala oil blend (special oil blend that includes oils from around the world), fragrance and of course vitamin E. I'm only making personalize loaf soaps which includes about 10 bars (4-6 weeks for curing). All my oils are from reputable suppliers. I don't do Sam's Club and grocery store oils.
