Winning Wednesday-Sometimes God has to purge the things that are holding you back from going forward. We see them as a loss when in reality it’s a weight being lifted so you can fly higher. We see being pulled backwards as an obstacle when in reality you need to remember than in order for an arrow to fly further and faster it must first be pulled back and aimed at the target. Don’t give up when you’re in the season of being purged, pruned and pulled into place.

Travel Tip Tuesday- Food reviews are subjective. Even in my own home we don’t all agree on what tastes good and what doesn’t. What we do agree on is if something is fresh, served with a beautiful presentation and if our server displayed amazing customer service. My suggestion- try new foods, make up your own mind and be open to something different.

We have done Disneyland in Anaheim and DisneyWorld in Orlando so now we’re ready to head out internationally. Where should we go next? Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo or Paris??

Did you know you can have character dining experiences without going into the parks? Goofy’s Kitchen is a fun filled dining experience located in the Disneyland Hotel where the kitchen staff are definitely a cast of “characters.” You can also get some pretty interesting cuisine such a the famous peanut butter and jelly pizza! Universal Studios Hollywood/ Super Nintendo World - Time with the fam is always well spent Super Nintendo World is definitely the highlight of USH!! Bowser’s Challenge was EVERYTHING!! Crowds were a lot so try coming during the week during low season. It was also raining on our day so that dampened it a bit. We always grab a Krusty Burger in Springfield and it was tasty as usual…but overall I give USH a solid 4 out of 5!!!

American Airlines chronicles-Was doing my live on Facebook showing the new Kansas City terminal when this guy walked by me smelling like “herbal refreshments “. I keep walking and this lady is walking towards us and gives a sniff and looks at me with disdain. That’s not me ma’am! Anywhooo.. My flight attendant, Carol, was the sweetest little lady ever. I asked for a lime packet like on Southwest Airlines and she was like “honey, we have REAL limes” and giggled a bit. Okay.. shots fired! When she brought out our dinner she made sure the boy got what he asked for since they had limited hot dishes. Alternative was a shark coochie board. Me and Idris Elba flew out without a care in the world. Put that coat on Luther Baby!!!
