🎉 🎉 🎉 Konell Construction is looking to add experienced hard workers to our team. We are currently looking for Highly Experienced Foreman/Operators. Please fill out an application online and send resume to [email protected].

Foreman/Operator Responsibilities
• Experience in Civil Construction; Site prep, structural excavation, and utilities (storm, sewer and water)
• Ability to read plans
• Direct day-to-day operations of construction projects
• Coordinate schedule for small crew with a 3 week look ahead
• Work with, schedule, and direct subcontractor resources
• Identify material requirements and work with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials as needed
• Work with Project Manager to ensure efficient and timely work practices
• Skillfully and safely operate equipment around and near underground utility lines, structures and the public.
• Responsible for safe work practices and implementing company safety program and following OR OSHA regulations
• Review and develop the performance of working crews and individual personnel

Foreman/Experienced Operator Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-Motivated
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
