We just finished up another project. The customer originally just wanted a seawall installed. We ended up doing a seawall and redi rock retaining wall. Looking for individuals motivated to work each day. We install seawalls, retaining walls, and in the growing season sod as well. We travel the entire state of Michigan and can be out of town a few nights at times, but not every week. We of course cover lodging and food while out of town. Individuals have to have reliable transportation to get them to work each day. Once at the shop we take company vehicles to the job sites. We are offering a $2,500 bonus after working for a year with no more than 12 late or missed days of work.
