MMA Evolved would like to thank the nearly 1700 who attended their Salute the Troops event this past Saturday in Bloomington IL.

We look forward to continuing to grow and educate throughout the Midwest.

We would like to congratulate our NEW 145lb champion Justin Gary. Justin made weight for this Title Fight and showed great composure through the course of the night. Justin is a member of the Air National Guard and trains at AKOSA Academy.

We would also like to congratulate Brandon Jordan VS Derik Hanson for receiving our Bill McDonald Award for Fight of the Night. Brandon came away with the win and is ALSO out of AKOSA Academy!

Additionally, we would like to congratulate James Martin for winning our Brad McGinnis Award for Submission of the Night. James faced an extremely skilled Zach Walker and came away with the submission win. James Martin represents CU Jiu Jitsu.

And Finally, we would like to congratulate Tyler Madding for winning our first Push UP Challenge. When asked, he said "I'm pretty sure I can do 600%, 900% and 2% better next time!".
