Have you ever felt that no matter how many stress management techniques you know, there's always room for something more transformative? Playfulness is an important mindset for achieving the flow state.

Have you ever noticed that when you're in a relaxed, playful environment where you feel emotionally secure, you find it easier to handle tasks? But when you're being observed by an authority figure or in a competitive situation, you struggle to perform at the same level?
Well, this is actually a downside and limitation of having a competitive mindset and an overly engaged prefrontal cortex.
