I shared this on my stories last week, but it has really been heavy on my mind since then and I wanted to go into more depth.
No matter what you are facing in your business knowledge will help ease your nerves. If you’re nervous about sales- learn everything you can about sales, and about your ideal customer. If you’re nervous about your product quality, do research and learn all about your product! Google, find articles, find colleagues, find out EVERYTHING you can. If you’re nervous about your service, do your service to the best of your ability, with the best customer service and ALWAYS BE LEARNING. 🙌🏼
I’m a graduate of the school Google as a friend once said.
So take the time to learn as much as you can about everything you can. 😉

➡️ 1. No one can offer what YOU have to offer. There may be other people doing the same thing as you but you have something special to offer right where you are! Run your own race & don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s.
➡️ 2. If you need a word for the year or a new year resolution - let it be CONSISTENCY. Big results are built on small commitments. The daily small tasks and habits commit to consistently are what pays off BIG!
➡️ 3. SHOW UP! Show up for yourself and for others. Contribute daily to yourself and to others and you will feel fulfilled every single day. Just show up.

Becca started as her husband's real estate assistant while working full time as an admin at an oil field company. She instantly fell in love with the real estate industry and decided to leave the 9 to 5. She went to work for one of the top real estate companies in Southeast New Mexico, with over $85 Million in production in 2018, as the executive assistant to the owners and a transaction coordinator. Having learned the business from the inside out she didn't want to stop there so she opened CRS Virtual to provide this same high level of service to real estate companies nationwide.
