She will educate you about the importance of micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) and phytonutrients for optimum health. With a particular eye towards inflammation, diabetes, heart disease and metabolic syndrome, Jackie will work with you to create a healthy relationship with food. Weight Management is a concern for many people and “fad” diets are not the answer. Jackie will work with you to ensure that you can maintain your desired weight easily and without feeling like you are on a “diet”.
