Did you know that our roastery at our downtown Publik is solar powered? Creative Energies Solar installed our array in 2014, helping us walk the talk of more sustainable operations. We also have an oxidizer on our IR-12, which filters out over 95% of the particulates from the coffee roasting process. As far as we know, we are the only solar powered coffee roaster with an oxidizer in Utah and one of a handful in the USA.

Nestled in the hills of southern Rwanda is the Ibisi Mountain washing station. The washing station was founded by Bernard Uwitije in 2017 and serves over 2,000 smallholder farmers around the region of Southern Nyamagabe.

In the cup, we taste molasses, cranberry and black currant.

Las Lajas micro-mill and estate is located in Sabanilla de Alajuela in the Central Valley region of Costa Rica. It was established in 2005 by Oscar and Francisca Chacón, who are third generation coffee producers.

The aromatics of this micro lot present themselves as a bouquet of fruits. The cup has deep cocoa characteristics, while the finish is full of peach syrupy sweetness.

Did you know that our milk is supplied by a local dairy farm? Rosehill Dairy, just over the hill in Morgan, uses a low pasteurization method that preserves flavors + nutrients. We’ve worked with them since we opened in 2014. Their family-run business values align with ours. They deliver in reusable, BPA-free containers to help reduce packaging waste.
The milk is deliciousness!
