Jazz Juice Jars
After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 and being healed in the same year, it caused me to change my diet tremendously. I cut back on my sugar intake, I cut off fast foods and I INCREASED my water intake. I begin to add lemons and limes, and cucumbers to my water and then ventured out into adding fruits.I began to drink alkaline water because our bodies are supposed to be set at a level of 7.40 of alkaline. To maintain that 7.40 I had to cut back on acid foods and increase my alkaline intake. Alkaline helps fight diseases. I thank God because this change of diet has bought weight loss and so many other health benefits that each fruit brings to the body.
