Too bad decided to shut me down on creating these even though I never used their name or their item in my listing. I even made sure that I listed generic phone grip blanks in my materials tags. I'm not even sure what they had the issue with, but it is one more way of corporate greed shutting down the little guy...

Day #4 of stay...
Day # 2 in the books!
15 minutes on treadmill...120 calories burned.
12 minutes in total body enhancement tube (ie:body shaker with light therapy) followed by 10 minutes of hydro-massage.
Time to rock the rest of the day!!!

I have to admit that I am totally guilty of this! But not in the way you would think...
I have been hiding from my depression so much and just pushing it down UNTIL it finally pushed back by taking my joy and creativity from me.
Trying to be strong for others only goes so far when you can't be strong for yourself. Don't be afraid to let others know when you NEED THEIR strength. And don't be ashamed to admit that there are times when you need help.

The truest example of this is by knowing how beadwork was used by the Native American people. Many everyday items were beautifully decorated by someone adding beading to them. Some items were decorated to tell the family history.
Bead (and quill) work was often also used to embellish clothing for everyone in the family starting with the cradleboard right up to burial robes. But in most instances where beadwork was used, the item created always seemed to have a useful purpose.
