Good times this past weekend at my first BBQ competition with my dude . Didn’t place as high as hoped but was definitely fun to step out my comfort zone. Met a lot of really cool like minded people and made some good memories.

And extra big thanks to Jeff Jacobs, Cinna MK, Sarah Sewalelot and Steve Buckley for your help with vending! We could not have pulled it off with out you.

Big catering event next weekend. Betty is ready!

The last few days kicked our butts. Thank you to our crew for all of your hard work and River Time Brewery for hosting the the Race Cascadia after party. It was a lot of fun and we were glad to feed 100’s of hungry racers.

The fridge is full! 10 briskets, 8 butts and 65 pounds of jalapeño and cheddar sausage. Got a big 375 person catering event this weekend.
