Client had an a/c tradesman doing repairs to their unit in the attic, one small accidental step caused a huge piece of drywall to fall. (Tradesman was ok 👌🏻) Ceiling was somewhat already somewhat brittle from aging, elements and humidity and being held up by nail.
We installed new coarse wood screws to anchor up 14 new drywall sheets, tape all joints and flats while spotting screw heads.

This was a fallen beam from the garage ceiling after years of water damage from a leak coming through the balcony on the second level.
The leak was repaired. That's where we came in, we removed all of the damaged lumber and drywall that had mold growing and spreading. Our expert carpenter replaced the builder plywood beam with two solid 2x12 support beams. We let the area dry out for a couple of days. Treated the existing lumber with kilz primer to prevent mold growth.
Installed new drywall, tape-bedded, and applied 1 coat of primer and paint to ceiling and walls.

Repaired drywall at 2 car garage ceiling. Due to some water damage and aging.
We added an R30 insulated to ceiling by request of client because of spending a lot of their time in the garage. Garage ceilings typically do not have insulation becuase it is not an air conditioned area.

400 square feet of drywall replaced with new 1/2" inch drywall, tape-bed and textured with a crows foot finish.
