Due to yesterday's storms, there is a power outage affecting our primary tower site. Our backup power system is currently down as well. This means we are experiencing a system-wide outage for all internet customers. We will get you back online as soon as we can.

There is an outage affecting a few customers serviced from our White Oak tower. We will have a technician on site in the morning for repairs.

There's another power outage on White Oak, and we're having trouble with our backup power at the tower site. Power and therefore internet service should be back on by 11pm according to Entergy. We'll do everything we can to avoid future service interruptions like this.

9/7, 5:30am: Entergy has updated their restoration time to noon today.

There is an outage affecting our White Oak tower site. Entergy's current estimate for power restoration is 7pm. We are working on our backup power source to get our customers back online as soon as possible.

Our system is currently down due to a power outage at our central office. Entergy estimates power should be back on by 4pm. We are closely monitoring the outage and our equipment to make sure everything comes back online as it should when power is restored.

A power outage is affecting our Crow Mountain tower site. Customers receiving service from that location will be without internet until power can be restored.
