I am a believer in promoting a healthy lifestyle. I had to learn this myself in order to be successful and I share my experience with my clients. I am “results” oriented and my clients see results. I believe in using the body as much as possible in our workouts because we do that in everyday life. I emphasize the core, flexibility, balance and body weight training using a circuit train

These are my results for the Peapot Jones Race in Longs today. I am so grateful to Jaime Grainger for being my chiropractor for over a decade. It was a beautiful trail with great people for an incredible cause - brittle bone disease. Thank you Lord for keeping me strong!
