Kaleigh, APRN, FNP-C is a recent graduate from Chamberlain University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2023, graduating with honors. Kaleigh has over 6 years of experience as a nurse and has pursued a career in family healthcare because she feels passionately about building meaningful relationships with her patients and improving quality of life at all stages. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Kaleigh is thrilled to be living in the Florida Keys. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.

There have certainly been some hiccups over the last 8 months as we implemented changes but they all continue to work tirelessly towards our goal of improving and expanding healthcare services in the Middle and Lower Keys. We’ve got some new and exciting things coming, so stay tuned!

We are thrilled to announce our newest member of the Big Pine Medical and Minor Emergency team, Tabble Memoli! Tabble is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practioner (APRN).

Tabble is a Florida native, has previously lived in The Keys, and is eager to move back. Many of you may recognize her as she did her clinical rotations at the clinic back in 2012, as well as worked at the Womankind in Key West.

We are excited for the new prospective and clinical knowledge that she will bring to our practice. Tabble has previously worked in primary care, urgent care, sports medicine, and women’s health. You will start seeing her at the clinic in October. We are extremely lucky to have her joining our team and are very excited for you all to meet her!

We are very excited to announce that Hannah Ziels will be joining the Florida Keys Concierge Medicine and Big Pine Medical and Minor Emergency team! Hannah will be working side by side with Dr. Greg as his Executive Assistant coordinating patient care, scheduling, prescriptions, and referrals.

Hannah is a “Conch” born and raised in Marathon. She has a Bachelors Degree in Public Health from FSU and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Health Services Administration.

Having Hannah on the team will give Dr. Greg more time to treat patients and will speed up our response to patient requests. You’ll start seeing Hannah next week so make sure to give her a warm welcome!

Looking for a Personal Assistant/Medical Assistant for our two busy medical practices. This person would be working directly with Dr. Greg to help facilitate patient care. Job duties would include (but not limited to); answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking notes while Dr. Greg is seeing patients, and facilitating patient referrals. Medical office experience is preferred but we are willing to train. Work hours would be roughly 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday. Pay dependent on experience. Jeremy has lived in Sugarloaf Key for the past 6 years and has been working in The Keys community as a Nurse Practioner at the Monroe County Detention Center, Juvenile Detention Center, and Keys AHEC. Jeremy is a former Marine that brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our practice. We are lucky to have him joining us and can't wait for you all to meet him!

Happy New Year to all of my patients, friends, and family! Thank you all for my most fulfilling year to date! There’s no other place I’d rather practice medicine, I truly have the best patients. So excited for what 2023 has in store!

EXCITING NEWS! If you haven’t already heard, we’re expanding! We are purchasing Big Pine Medical and Minor Emergency located at 29980 Overseas Highway in Big Pine Key! Starting January 1st, Dr. Keifer and Tommy (Practice Manager) will be taking over operations of Big Pine Medical. Dr. David Grider, his wife Gigi, and their wonderful staff have built a great practice over the last 40 years and I’m extremely proud to have the torch passed on to me! Dr. Grider and Gigi will be taking some well deserved vacations but you’ll still see Dr. Grider at the practice part time and the entire staff has agreed to stay on (including Pat Perry ARNP)! And don’t worry, Florida Keys Concierge Medicine patients will still have the same home based concierge services you’ve always had with Dr. Keifer! We’re extremely excited for this change and to continue to serve the Middle and Lower Florida Keys!
