She will source a car so a Veteran can get to work. She will find furniture for a Veteran in need of furnishing a home or find a contractor when someone needs a new roof. Cheryl goes to the end of the earth to make the lives of Veterans better!

If buying a home is on your bucket list for early 2024 I always say there is no such thing as starting the process early. If you are curious about where to start I would say find your Realtor and Lender so you can all get on the same page. And if the two of them know one another, even better.

Maybe you have some credit things to work through. A good lender is going to shoot it to you straight and tell you if you need to bring up your credit score (which impacts your interest rate), save more money for closing costs and down payment, pay down debt and which one you should tackle first. There is a strategy to this and let me tell you…it can be done incorrectly and we don’t want that for you.

Start building a relationship with the agent you want to work with. Making a tentative plan sets you up for success and time flies by so quickly especially when you throw a few holidays in there so it will be 2024 before you know it. The more runway we have and the more you can be educated on the process the more comfortable you are going to feel during the home buying process.
