A little more From the California St. Remodel. wanted to keep the craftsman style and rebuilt/glazed a portion of the porch windows. one of my favorite features of this house was this porch because in the winter the front would be warmed from the sun and also kept the living room cool in the summer

Repaired rot damage on floor and had to cut out the bottom foot of wall studs to repair. Poured a custom shower pan for this shower!

Sectioned off the hallway upstairs making this a 4 bed 2 bath house. Loved the feel of the upstairs shower and the accents used were fun.
