A few years ago I was encouraged take a natural approach to my health. It was hard at first, because everything that was deemed healthy, tasted horrible. I gave up on juice and snacks because they were packed with all sorts of unhealthy things that most of us can not pronounce. I am real passionate about food, so I begin to create drinks and snacks that were not only delicious, but has amazing health benefits. God gave me this passion and vision, and I am delighted to share it with you.
