Many moose hunts in Alaska have antler size or brow tine requirements to legally take a moose. It can be challenging to estimate antler spread and distinguish brow tines. Make sure to get a clear view of the antlers from the front. If it’s unclear if the moose will meet the size requirements, don’t shoot. The 2nd best time of year in Alaska. Been some stellar days last week. Appears the moose faired decent this winter. Other than the bears are out chewing on em now. Please take the time and kill predators. Your moose/caribou hunting depends on it. 👌👍
