I finally get to spill the beans! I was a product tester for this one and I am DYING to get more of it!

Gut health…I’ll be the first to tell you I didn’t know much about it. Once I tried this for several days I 👏🏻 FELT 👏🏻 IT! 👏🏻

It’s our new drink mix centered around gut health. Do a quick search on “gut health” and “microbiome” and it’ll make sense why we need to start caring for it. It’s a domino effect! What makes this different is that it has prebiotics and postbiotics in it.

Let me break that down super simple: prebiotics are comparable to fertilizer that helps plants grow. 🌱 In the same way, it gives fuel to us to support beneficial bacteria in the gut!

Postbiotics are a relatively new, cutting edge research. Pretty cool. 😎 It’s the GOOD substance that comes from bacteria and has a beneficial effect…so we use that for additional health benefits and long term health! 🧘🏼‍♀️

Annnnd it has caffeine, so it acts as a pick me up! 🏃🏻‍♀️ ☕️
