Great news! West Side Seniors are now meeting Monday through Friday with a hot lunch provided every day by Erie County Senior Services' Stay Fit Dining program!
Our older adults are enjoying bingo, puzzles, cognitive exercises, mobility exercises, yoga classes, community tai chi, arts and crafts, creative writing, and more!
The program is free to join and most activities are also free! (Lunch is a suggested $3 donation but no one is denied a meal due to lack of payment. Yoga is pay-what-you-can.)
