Eastcoat is currently looking for a motivated and talented Epoxy Coating Installer to take up manual labor tasks and support operations on the worksite. This position is based out of Richmond, Virginia, and neighboring areas.

Two years of epoxy coating experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train quality individuals with a positive attitude who are eager to learn a unique and exciting trade.

Job duties include floor prep, working with power tools such as shot blasters and other floor grinding machines, and installing concrete floor coatings.

Candidates must be flexible for travel, long shifts, and the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.

The position starts at $17/hour or more with experience. Hours will be between 20 and 40 a week. Bonuses are given often.
