Mother nature is so good for the soul!

Best breakfast in bed ever!!!

Went to Reno to work with a ta**ra coach and was able to enjoy some time at Lake Tahoe.

I love being around water. It fills my soul and makes my heart so happy. I even blessed my brand new yoni egg in the beautiful little waves.

Big changes are coming but getting there for me hasn't been so easy. Lately life is kicking my ass with so many things being thrown my way.

It was good to be near mama earth and be nurtured this weekend. Thankful for all my friends, family and boss/coworkers who have given much needed support and understanding.

If I were to choose a theme for this year it would be that I want to be intentional... about what I think, do, eat, say etc...

I haven't posted about my Sedona getaway because it brought up so much for me that's so special I don't know how to share it🩵

Sharing space with safe sisters, witnessing many breakthroughs, being able to BREATHE effortlessly in that climate and sunshine, connecting to mother (my own.. along with mama earth) body changes and pure bliss.

So here's just a very small glimpse of the experience

Today's drive and 2 days ago a sheet of ice on the freeway(I actually didn't drive this today...for obvious reasons) miraculously made it through the piles of squashed cars and slide offs because of the ice skating rink on I15.

Yet I still love living in Utah🤷🏼‍♀️💖

Bought myself an early birthday present!!! Can't wait!!!!
