Helping families and children is at the heart of what we do. Strong families are the foundation of strong communities. We help stabilize our communities’ foundations by providing a strong framework of services helping families heal, have hope and thrive—all critical threads in the fabric of a strong community.
Each year, we serve more than 13,000 families and youth across seven states and 30 locations.
Helping Families Heal- By providing trauma informed, multi-generational services promoting whole family healing, supporting safety and stability.
Helping Families have Hope- Through strength-based therapeutic services, SAFY help children and families achieve good mental health by helping build resiliency and mastery skills to mitigate the impacts of trauma and improve family functioning.
Helping Families Thrive- Our commitment to helping children and families achieve social connection, through interventions that improve relational skills and form an enhanced sense of belonging. SAFY recognizes that to truly thrive, individuals must be able to achieve and sustain independence. Our services help youth navigate systems to establish and maintain meaningful access to relevant resources to support their continued well-being and independence.
