If you coach softball or any sport that you don’t get paid for, you truly understand what it’s all about. It’s the kids. To find a group that is truly invested and who buys in to what we are doing is beyond humbling. They will never know the sacrifices that their coaches make, and can’t comprehend how much us coaches want them to succeed and reach their goals and dreams. Any good coach is invested in every player they have regardless if that player is their kid or not. If you aren’t doing what’s best for those kids, and doing everything you can to pull every ounce of talent out of them, then you are doing it wrong. It’s not about wins or rings. It’s about developing young ladies and making sure that when they leave you they are more prepared for what lies ahead regardless if it’s on a softball field. Thanks again parents and players for trusting us coaches with your kids.

Tier One Fastpitch of Florida Girls had a great weekend playing in the Showcase this weekend. Loved that the college coaches were on the field helping the girls out while. As always a great Showcase!

Our girls go undefeated this weekend at the USFA Stars and Stripes tournament. Out scoring opponents 34-4. And Jalynn hitting a bomb over the fence. Keep grinding ladies!!!
