Central Florida First Responders Pipes & Drums

The CFFRPD had the honor of performing for the Seminole County Law Enforcement Officers Memorial on Thursday in Sanford, FL. Everyone sounded good and great solo on Amazing Grace by Sgt. Christy Register of the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. I'm not saying it was humid but Pete Linnenkamp went through 2 sweat towels. Thanks to all the band members for coming out and playing.

The Central Florida 1st Responders Pipes and Drums had the honor of performing for the Orange County Law Enforcement Ceremony tonight at the Orange County Courthouse. Great job everyone.

The CFFRPD had the Honor yesterday and today of performing in Tallahassee with the Ft. Lauderdale Pipes and Drums for the State of Florida FOP Law Enforcement Memorial. The CFFRPD then performed for the Florida Sheriff's Association LEO MEMORIAL.

Played today at the Sanford Civic Center for Seminole County's Veterans luncheon. Always an honor and privilege!

We had the honor today of playing for the dedication of part of the Econ Greenway Trail in Honor of Orange County Sheriff's Deputy Thomas Ingram. Tom was Killed in the Line of Duty by a drunk driver near that location on May 12th, 1990. It took 34 years to get this memorial but it brings true meaning to the phrase " We will never forget ". Rest in Peace MY Brother.

The CFFRPD had the honor of performing for the Hot Rods for Heros Car Show at the Oviedo Mall. Thanks to Marion, Dakota, Wayne and Tim for your help. The veterans really enjoyed the performance.

Central Florida 1st Responders Pipes and Drums had the honor today to play for the Memorial Service for Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Zackery Fink, who was Killed in the Line of Duty last week in Port St. Lucie.

I had the honor of representing the Central Florida 1st Responders Pipes and Drums today when I performed for the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims at the Grace Covenant Church in Orlando. This is the tenth year I have performed for this event.

The Central Florida First Responders Pipes & Drums was proud to perform at the Tunnel to Towers Orlando, FL and the 343 Hero Challenge this morning to remember the fallen heroes of 9/11 and support these good causes. Never forget.

Busy week. Tuesday May 2 assisting the Mt.Dora Pipe Band with playing Lake County Law Enforcement Memorial. Wednesday May 3 @ 7pm we are playing the Orange County Law Enforcement Memorial at the Orange County Courthouse. Thursday May 4th the Sanford Veterans Appreciation Ceremony.
