Hola mi gente! YOU DID IT! You survived another year! Yes, there were hiccups, mistakes, challenges, and days you’d simply rather forget. For some there were HUGE losses: loss of employment, loss of self, loss of loved ones.
And yet, there were days of laughter, things you did right, glorious victories, and days you’ll always cherish. For this of you who had losses, there WILL be employment (most likely a better job than you had before), you will regain who you are, and be a better version of yourself than you ever ever were. And for those of you who lost loved ones, cherish them, hold them dear to your hearts, and remember what a blessing it was to know their kind of love - and that you honor their memory by continuing on! It is still better to have loved and lost, and never loved at all. No matter what my friends, you are STILL HERE. So, forgive yourself, forgive everyone & everything so you can free yourself! And as long as you have breath, you have the gift of life, which means your work here is not finished. Hola mi gente! 5 days ‘til Christmas & with all that’s been going on, working & caring for Mom (yes, please keep praying for her) - I haven’t even gone shopping yet - or even put up my tree. But then it hit me! In the spirit of Christmas, it’s about celebrating Jesus’ birth & being with those we love. So, if I get time, I’ll buy a few gifts, but this year, if you don’t mind, I really just want to ENJOY my Mom, my family, my bf…I’m so grateful! Right here ⤵️ MATURITY! There are times when fighting is simply not worth risking your peace, especially when you KNOW that expressing yourself will fall on deaf ears. Exercising maturity is HARD. You get “tired” of being the good guy, doing the right thing, taking the high road. But trust that in the end it always removes you from negativity & protects you from a “lower life.” So, today, say, “Okay.” lol.

Hola mi gente! This is my Mom, Emma! I’m SO FREAKING PROUD of my Mom! She is a shining example of how she handles the challenges in her life with grace, faith & courage!! Yesterday she completed round 3 out of 6 chemo sessions! She may have lost her hair, but she never lost her beauty! She is radiant!! And this is what she posted to her page! FYI, I offered to shave my head but she told me no, lol. For her, I would do it! Please continue to pray! I love you Mom! SO SO MUCH!! ❤️💝💕💓💗

Hola, Mi Gente! I know it’s been a minute, but I wanted to wish you an incredible week! Happy Monday! I also wanted to share with you that two of my lifelong friends, George and Louis, since I’ve known, since I’m 15 years old, invited me & my bf for a vacation in St. John. Here are some of the highlights. What I did learn, or what I was reminded of, it’s that it’s most important for you to take time off. it allows you to rest, it allows you to see new things, to have FUN, try new things. it allows you to experience yourself in a way you never did before, and allows you to see God’s magnificence everywhere you go. A couple of months ago, I experienced a bit of a burnout. I began making mistakes that I normally wouldn’t make, I fell behind, and everything I was trying to do, and I was experiencing some brain fog. Some of you actually noticed lol. And my mom reminded me that if I didn’t take some time out, it was going to be bad. I needed this so much, and even if you can’t go to St. John, lol, Sometimes the vacation is simply a 15 minute hot bath with the door closed, a candle, and quiet. Or 10 minute walk, even if it’s cold. If you do get the chance to visit St. John, I highly recommend it! Thank you G & L for a most amazing experience & for your incredible friendship!
