Had a customer with a non-working screen with no cracks. She said it just stopped working. After opening we realized it had been repaired by another shop and the screen used was a cheap aftermarket part that failed. I explained to the customer what the issue was and the importance of asking repair shops what quality part is being put on the device and if it comes with a warranty.
At MobiFix we use high quality premium parts that come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and we are usually the cheapest in the area.
