Hi everyone. I think this is the page I will post about this journey I am just embarking on..
Just about a week ago, I got an email letting me know I had received a Purium scholarship!!! Awarded by the Million Mom Movement! I had been checking this company out for literally years, hearing absolutely amazing testimonials about their high quality, high vibe organic superfood products. And there’s a pretty cool business opportunity that is part of getting involved with this company. I have to admit, I was not sure the business opportunity part was for me. But the more I learn & explore, the more I am impressed with just how much care is put into every aspect of the company. And the people I meet who are involved are so positive, heart-centered and uplifting! It’s quite a beautiful & inspiring community! As a single homeschooling mama with my own business, making my life & finances work can feel challenging, so I feel beyond blessed to be a recipient of this scholarship!!! And Purium feels like something that might fit in really well with the things I already do & offer - and the “work” part is very flexible. I am so excited to try these products & see how they feel in my body. I just received my shipment of superfoods & today I have begun the 40-day Transformation!! So.. WHY would anyone want to work with a health coach..? We all want to be living the most ecstatic, vibrant & fulfilling life possible ~ right? Yet, many people are struggling! We might *know* what we have to do to feel better ~ different food choices, new movement practices, supportive self care practices.. yet in this world we can often feel so overwhelmed, tired - and frustrated that we can't somehow get THIS done & checked off on our to-do list too..! Taking care of ourselves sometimes feels like one thing too much. And as women are a core group that I work with, I especially understand the challenges women face in society - how the way our bodies work, the way our hormones, feminine nature, and cyclical nature ~ all often set us up to feel at odds with the structure of the world and the way it operates. We need HELP! As a coach, I am available to listen to you, empower you with information & tools, and support you in working through blocks - so you can achieve your goals! If you are someone who needs a little boost, who needs someone to keep you accountable ~ that person could be me! I find great satisfaction in supporting others on their health journey.
