It's the weekend, it's Friday and many of us will work the weekend while others will have it off.
No matter when our free time is a lot of times we usually use it to catch up on things we didn't have time to do when we were working.

But, we can't forget to take time for ourselves. To breathe, recharge in ways that we feel renewed. One of the best ways to recharge is to get outside. It's something about the fresh air that does wonders for our body, mind, and soul.

No matter how you recharge, please take that time for yourself you are WORTH it!

Many people don't understand to reach goals you need tasks. Instead, they make a list of other goals to reach that goal. Or they just jump in headfirst trying to reach that goal.
Then when they don't succeed, falling sometimes flat on their face, they can't understand why.

That's because we tend to leave out something called "tasks". What are tasks one may ask? A TASK is an action that is taken to reach a goal.

If your goal is to have 10 sales, 2 new clients, lose 10 lbs, reorganize your kitchen, office, etc, what must one do to reach those GOALS?

If it is getting 10 new sales is it for the week or that day? Yes, you can have daily, weekly, monthly, 3 months, etc, goals.
Now for that tasks, does ANYONE have any ideas what your tasks would be?
