I made a mistake on my last Facebook post and on my radio show Thursday evening and I need to address that. The Arkansas Times recently sent a Freedom Of Information Act request (FOIA) to the Little Rock Police Department asking for the dashcam video from an LRPD car sitting outside the home of Bryan Malinowski the morning he was killed. They included the dashcam video in a story they wrote. I listened to the first few minutes, including the sounds of gunfire coming from the Malinowski's home. What I thought I heard was six shots fired in rapid succession from the same gun. So I started entertaining the idea that perhaps Mr. Malinowski didn't even fire his gun. After I went on the air, and played the audio and told my audience what I thought it sounded like, it occurred to me that it would be a good idea to get the opinion of an actual fi****ms expert. So I asked my producer to call my friend, Ed Monk, proprietor of Last Resort Fi****ms Training to ask him what he thought the gunshots sounded like. Ed asked my producer to send him the audio so he could listen to it off the air before he came on the show and rendered his judgment. When I introduced Ed on the air, I made it clear that he is an expert and I am not. I also made it clear that I would accept his judgment. He said he had listened to the audio of the gunshots over and over and he had no doubt that the audio was of two guns being fired and there were seven shots, not the six I thought I heard because the fourth shot from the first gun was fired simultaneously with the first shot of the second gun. I stand corrected. However, I still maintain that the ATF's decision to break the Malinowski's door down in a predawn raid showed their callous indifference to human life. I agree with what US Representative Darrell Issa told the ATF Director, "It looked like a planned murder to me."
What if Bryan Malinowski never fired his gun? What if we have been lied to ever since March 19th? Do. Not Miss. The Doc Washburn Show at 6:06PM!!!

The latest on the ATF shooting of our Airport Director! Thank you, Jay Grelen!
5 years ago, the LR ATF office was honored for nabbing bad guys and protecting law-abiding citizens; then in a predawn raid March 19, ATF agents kicked in door of law-abiding citizen and killed him. ATF leader in June 2019: ATF priorities are to protect the public and arrest violent criminals, 'bringing to justice those that seek to disrupt communities and harm law-abiding citizens.'
