I started out baking at home because my daughter is allergic to eggs. Once I really started to bake for others I realized how much I loved it.
I have always loved to cook. When my daughter was diagnosed with an egg allergy I stated experimenting with baking without eggs. It made me realize just how much I really really loved to bake. It also made me realize how everything out there has egg in it. So I started baking a lot. I have done sugar free baked goods, peanut free baked goods, gluten free baked goods, and of course egg free. I absolutely love baking.

Manor Middle School and Manor New Tech High School had their Band Spring Retreat this past Friday & Saturday. I had the pleasure of providing some baked goods for the hard working kids and Band Instructors.
