I *CANNOT* stress this enough…
A trust is an ABSOLUTE must‼️‼️
If you’re a homeowner, a trust is a necessity in order to protect you and your assets. Even if you have a will, it is simply not enough to protect your family from going through probate should the unthinkable happen (aka… you die 🥴.)
Probate is a VERY expensive and typically painfully slow process to go through, and it WILL happen if your trust isn’t in place… but with proper estate planning, your family can avoid it altogether. 👌🏼
And while it might not be sexiest or most exciting thing in the world to do, those 3 little girls in this photo will have one less thing to worry about should something happen to Connor and I because we took these steps. Talk about ! After all, you handle your estate for the people you care about most and who will likely inherit your assets.
Make sure you ask your parents if their property is in a trust and if their estate planning is handled!! Trust me, you’ll be SO glad you did if they haven’t yet!
