Unique, custom water feature using 6’ long stone troughs from a 150 year old farmhouse. We overlayed the steps with new sandstone and created a new focal point for a side entrance.

The New HOTSPOT in town is Bennigans at Franciscan Square in Steubenville! We installed 2 roaring fire pits on their outdoor patio area. It’s a great spot to meet friends and family in an outdoor environment. And with the Ice Skating rink that is going up for the Holiday Season in the greenspace between Bennigan's Steubenville and Rubi's Pizza & Grill Brooklyn Bagel On The Square it’s going to be the place to be in the Ohio Valley this winter. .prld

The new pool has arrived! The L36 is 36’ by 16’ and features a@tanning ledge, built in seating along the deep end and a beautiful Maya blue color. It may be a little too cold to swim in Bloomingdale, Ohio right now, but our clients will be ready to enjoy it when spring rolls around.

Fire Pit Season. Enjoying this recently completed fire pit on this gorgeous Friday night. What a beautiful week of weather in the Ohio Valley! This project features estate wall fire pit with ledgestone coping and 180,000 BTU crossfire burner. The flames are mesmerizing and we won’t smell like smoke!!!!! .prld

It’s Fire Pit Season! We installed new stone steps, gravel walkway, and stone fire pit and seating area to compliment the existing gazebo for clients in Steubenville, Ohio. There is nothing like enjoying a bonfire in a stone fire pit in the fall!

Fire Pit Season! We built this gas fireplace last summer and it has provided many nights of enjoyment for our lovely customers. With the addition of the outdoor TV, Thursday Night Football is best enjoyed on their Brick paver patio.

It is fire pit season. We are adding some Rosetta outcropping steps and fire pit to our clients existing Gazebo. They will be able to more easily access this area and will be able to enjoy it during the cooler months with a toasty fire. The area also overlooks their large pond and waterfall we installed a few years ago.
October 4th night swimming in Ohio. Air temp 50 degrees, water temp 93. Steam rising and the kids having a blast in a D36 with the heater keeping the water nice and warm.
We finished this project just in time for the cool fall nights in the Ohio Valley. Our lovely clients in Steubenville, Ohio, were looking to add a focal point and heat source to their awesome pavilion. We installed an outdoor fireplace using Brussels dimensional, ledgestone mantel and hearth and holland premiere inlay. Our expert craftsman also installed curved seat walls to match the existing Stratford pavers. An outdoor fireplace adds instant magic and extends the use of your outdoor for the fall and winter months.

We made a splash in the Ohio Valley during Pool Season 2020! Our pool division is here to stay and we are already booking up for next season. Our goal was to be the only design/build contractor in the area that provides custom design options for the entire outdoor living area utilizing our 3D design process, project management of all aspects of the build process, as well as high end finishes that only we can provide. Our first pool project was in Steubenville, Ohio. We installed a 15’ by 28’ fiberglass pool in. The pool features built-in bench seating, heater, automatic pool cover, ledgestone pool coping, Beacon hill pavers with Copthourne accent. The outdoor fireplace we installed years ago continues to be a focal point of the outdoor living space and is complimented by the outdoor kitchen and bar. This sweet family now has their own private oasis to enjoy for years to come.

Dramatic Before and After pictures of this front porch and entry renovation to this home in Steubenville, Ohio. The first impression of this house is now much different with the new upgraded finishes. We used ledgestone steps and coping, Pisa 2 granite walls, Beacon Hill granite fusion pavers and overplayed the porch with Stone Cliff Gray Natural Stone Pavers.
