By popular (and sometimes a little frightening) demand, we've brought one of our most popular infusions back for a limited engagement. Crisp, clean, and delicious with just a hint of honey, Bee Hive Honey Blonde pairs beautifully with the hard to pin down tropical-melon-fruit-sweet-tart flavor of fresh kiwi. Winter may have crept back into the forecast, but this one definitely tastes like summer! No to-go fills, please.

We have two brand new brews on tap! The Empire Beach Blonde (Gluten-Reduced AND our new Pour For More tap) and the Eclipse Black IPA! Light and smooth, or dark and hoppy, we've got you covered!

Since opening in 2013, we've reclaimed 1.75 million pounds of spent grain and water from our brew house for use as "fertigation" on our on-site, MAEAP certified farm. What most breweries consider waste products we reclaim and put directly to use, growing ingredients to brew more beer. Heat reclamation from our refrigeration system heats the tasting room for all but the coldest winter days, and local sourcing of materials and services helps to further reduce our environmental impact. Delicious, clean, balanced beers, responsibly produced using real ingredients, locally sourced when possible. Winner of the 1st Traverse City IPA Challenge, Magnum is not for the squeamish nor the weak of palate. Hops, hops and more hops flourish, citrusy and piney with a massive floral nose, and a dry finish without palate-obliterating bitterness. This IPA requires an insane amount of hops to produce, we don't make much, and we don't brew it often, so get your fix while it lasts. 8.0% abv
