Not healthy. I know. But, do we love this idea? Seems less messy and several mix in choices to choose from.
Teacher life is squeezing in all the doctor appointments into June and July. I’ve been checking each doc off my list. Annual physical ✅. My appointment and labs took less than 45 minutes. Don’t neglect your health, please, you’re worth it.
Now that you are taking the trip comfortable footwear is essential 👟🩴. Check out this list of most comfortable sandles for travel. I wore a cute modified wedge in Florence with no problem on the cobblestone streets and opted for a white sneaker/tennis shoe (I can’t land on what I want to call them) during the day.

Take. The. Trip. ✈️🚘🚊🚲🚢⛵️🚠. There are 1000 reasons not to. I get it. Finances, work schedules, kids and so on. My husband and I say all the time we wish we traveled more before the kids were born. I don’t want to live with regret in adulthood. Book the damn trip and worry about the rest later. Your future self with thank you.

It’s being called the 2024 “drink of the summer.” Light & fresh for sure! Swipe for The Lone Ranger Recipe. I tried it last night and swapped the simple syrup with some Agave. 🫶
Put those mason jars to use this summer in a fresh & healthy way! Inspiration central!
Been wanting to pull the plug on ordering some! Gratis Wine: zero sugar/zero carbs. Anyone tried it?
No brainer for me 🍷🍾🍹🍸and 🏡🧹🧼🧽🧺. How about you??
Last week we had an impromptu date night while the kids were at activities. We were home on the couch in pjs by 7. So, here is your reminder to make the time for your partner whether it’s a night out, walk around the neighborhood or even a movie night in. These little outings can do wonders for your relationship when life is overflowing. And, to honest I was craving a solid charcuterie board and good glass of wine!
Only 4 more (after today) 5:15am workouts before school is out! Let the countdown begin.
This week I had the pleasure of working alongside professionals in the MMA field. This was exactly what we all needed at this time of the year. A reminder that respect is expected. Self discipline can be learned. And, moving the body with purpose and intent builds confidence and integrity. It was refreshing to hear voices in unison calling out their own power and selfishly loved all of the, “Yes, sirs!” I’m all for bringing back some old school discipline to our youth.
Travel Tip Tuesday! I despise packing for travel. Especially when I have to limit what to bring. Packing cubes have been a lifesaver, but love this idea for our European summer trip. Since we have an itinerary I can pack by day. Yes, it will take some time to great but the type a in me is here for it.
Got to visit the farmers market on spring break. The vibrant colors and intense flavors have me longing for fresh fruits and veggies at home. Just 6 weeks until the market opens in DG!
I don’t think my kids will be “fighting” over getting to do chores, but I like the idea of this for summer break. Ever since getting phones my tweens are attached to their screens so willing to give something like this a try. Summer feels a long way off, but only 9 weeks and counting ☀️.
Grilled watermelon with salmon, Burrata, and fresh mint. THE perfect Spring Break lunch! 😲
My absolute FAVORITE natural perfume by far! Amber oil is available at Whole Foods & Ulta. Cost: $20. You will smell great and there is no lingering aromas that will irritate you or those around you!
Who is with us? ☺️
Fun fact about me: I despise clutter! So decluttering and getting rid of unnecessary items is not something I particularly struggle with; however, I know that many people do! This is a GREAT read if you are looking to do some deep cleaning this Spring. What is so great about it is that it looks at the process of getting rid of items as an emotional journey as well—as often we hold onto things from the past not because we want the item, but we cling to the memory tied to it. It’s a good Spring Break read!
I’m slicing grilled steak over a blue cheese salad (with a dirty martini on the side🍸) over here. It was that kind of week! ☺️
My absolute new favorite go to! This non dairy coconut based yogurt is SO YUMMY! Try it like I do: with some diced apple!
My absolute new favorite GO TO! This non-dairy coconut base yogurt is incredible! I dice up an apple and add it to the container for some additional consistency. Tons of probiotics, too!
Partner 🧘 poses. Perfect chance to work on communication, stretching, balance, and fun. Grab a friend or loved one and give it a whirl.
Giving this a whirl after a friend recommended it. I’m still trying to get used to the taste (slightly minty and earthy), but I am feeling benefits in my every level and digestive system. Going to keep plugging away at the right combo to be able to drink it without plugging my nose (ok, it’s not that bad).
The best notepad I have ever received from a friend ❤️. Apologies for the language, but it’s accurate. Currently trying to work on coordinating summer camps. Dread this every year! Countless text threads, inconvenient registration times and absurd fees got me 😵💫. It will be fine. It’s always fine, but right now I want to say screw it and hope the weather pans out for lots of days at the pool.
