We built this home for clients from Arizona. Kentucky continues to be a highly desirable destination for those looking to relocate. Several of our builds in the past two years have been for out of state clients.

This home sits on 8 acres in the middle of horse country; it has 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. There are approximately 2900 finished square feet above grade along with a 1200 square unfinished basement with a large safe room under the front porch.

No detail was left untouched by this unique house. The block layers finished up the crawl space at our latest Hidden Creek build despite the heat, will be onto framing within a couple of weeks.

Also, we did some site prep and flagging at two future build sites. Each home will sit on 5 Acres right next to each other on Ironworks Rd in Georgetown! Shooting to break ground on each of these homes in mid August.
