We had a great time at Midyear! We can see a lot of you listened to our presentation and are in there filling out your applications! We currently have over 8,000 applications in our system. We love seeing this!

Here are a few thing to remember:

-REQUEST YOUR TRANSCRIPTS! A lot of schools are closing for the holiday, make sure to request your transcripts to be sent to PhORCAS.

-Reach out to your references before sending them a request in the application! No reference writer wants to be surprised with a request. Make sure to have a conversation and let them know that the request will be coming their way so they can be prepared.

-Once you submit to a program, you always have access to log back in and submit to additional programs.

The PhORCAS 2018-2019 successfully launched yesterday! Were excited to see you all in there setting up your applications! Lets make this cycle the best one yet!

The PhORCAS 2018-2019 application will be available on November 5th!

Phase I is officially closed! Phase II will open on March 20th.

In honor of the New Year holiday, our office will be closed Monday, January 1, and will re-open at 9 AM Eastern Time on Tuesday, January 2. The application will be online and available during this time.

Don't wait till the last minute to submit your application to programs! The PhORCAS Customer Support Representatives are only here to assist you during business hours, Monday- Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

In honor of the Christmas Holiday, our offices will be closed on December 25th. We will open at 9 AM EST for regular hours on Tuesday, December 26. The application will be online and available during this time. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

PhORCAS TIP!

Do you want to apply to multiple residencies? You are able to submit to different residencies at different times!

After you submit to a program, you will still have access to log in and apply to additional programs. You will also be able to go into your PhORCAS application and upload new Personal Statements, CVs, References, and Supplemental Materials for the new programs.

It was great getting the chance to meet some of you at the ASHP Midyear, thank you for stopping by our booth! If you weren't able to attend our PhORCAS Session, here are some important take aways:

• Have your transcripts sent early! If your final grades aren't in, you can always have an updated transcript sent later.
• Request your Reference requests! You want to give your writers plenty of time to complete this process before deadlines.
• Don't wait to submit! You can submit before your transcripts and references are received.

The Holiday season is here!

We would like to remind you to have your transcripts sent to PhORCAS as early as possible! A lot of Registrar Offices will be closing for the holidays so be sure to plan ahead!

Also, don't wait to submit! Transcripts are not required to pay and submit your application. We will still process them to your account after you have submitted!

In honor of the Thanksgiving Holiday, our offices are closed on November 23rd and 24th. We will re-open at 9am Eastern Time on Monday, November 27th for normal business hours. The functions of the application will still be available through the holiday, so that you will be able to still fill out your application and submit it. Electronic References are still able to be received as well.
